Q: How do I cancel my free trial?

A: We are sure you will love you MarketYOUniversity trial, but you may cancel online at any time during your free trial. Simply log on to the website and go to "My Account" and select "Cancel Your Membership". You can use the following link if you are already signed into the MYU system: cancel. Otherwise, at the end of your free trial period you will be automatically subscribed to the Market YOUniversity Monthly Plan you chose during signup.

Q: How do I cancel my paid subscription plan?

A: To cancel your Market YOUniversity paid subscription plan, log into the MYU system and go to "My Account" page. Select the "Cancel Your Membership" and fill out the requested information. Because Market YOUniversity is a pre-paid service, your service will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not renew again.

A: We do not bill you after you cancel your plan. Market YOUniversity is a pre-paid service, which means that even after you cancel your plan, your service will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. (Please refer to your Account History page located under My Account for your account details.) By default, account credits will be applied towards your next scheduled payment.

A: If you suspect that an unauthorized charge has been placed on your credit card, contact us immediately at Market YOUniversity Customer Support fraud@marketyouniversity.com. Our Market YOUniversity Customer Support agents will investigate the charge to resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.

Q: How can I review the billing charges on my account?

A: You can check your account history by logging in (if necessary) and going to your Account History page.

Q: What charges apply when I change my plan?

A: When you make a change to your plan, your billing will be automatically adjusted and pro-rated against your current account balance. The cost for your new plan is calculated immediately and you will receive a confirmation email receipt after the changes are completed. If your new plan selection increases your subscription price, you will be immediately prompted to enter payment. After submitting payment you will receive a receipt via email. You will also be given instant access to any additional features for the new plan. Your subscription billing date will change to reflect the date of the change in plan.

If your new plan selection decreases your subscription price, a credit will remain on your account. By default, account credits will be applied toward your next scheduled payment. All subsequent subscription billing will reflect the new plan price. Your subscription billing date will change to reflect the date of the change in plan. Q: Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
